This relaxing class is designed to increase your flexibility and range of motion. The instructor will lead you through the safest ways to stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back while also building the muscle and balance needed for flexibility.
EPIC AERIAL SILKS
A unique, beginner-friendly workout class intended to teach the foundational moves of aerial silks while suspended in the air. This class engages your full body- particularly the core, arms, and wrists.
HAMMOCK KNOT FLOW AERIAL SILKS
This class trains your balance and control while suspended in the air on the aerial silks tied into a hammock knot. This workout teaches many skills as well as how to effortlessly transition from one skill to the next.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINER

LATINO FUSION
Join our instructor to learn a combination of different Latino dances such as salsa, bachata, reggaeton, etc. This class will teach you the basics of Latino-style dance while improving your coordination and allowing you a fun new form of self-expression.
OPEN-LEVEL POLE
Open to all levels of experience, this class works out the entire body using the pole. It’s a fun, alternative workout, a great introduction to pole, and a great way to build the strength to do remarkable tricks.
POLE CURIOUS
For the absolute beginner who’s curious about getting into pole- no heels or skills necessary! Let your instructor teach you the foundational skills on the static pole, such as how to grip, walk, basic transitions, and simple tricks.

This class is open to everyone- whether you have no experience or tons! One of our instructors will guide you through this exciting form of self-expression by teaching you the proper hand grips and placements, beginner spins and tricks, and transitions. This class is designed to increase your personal skill level and confidence.

This intermediate class requires experience climbing and inverting. The purpose of this class is to teach bigger and better aerial tricks, kicks, drops, and climbs.
