Epic Dance & Fitness began with a simple belief: movement has the power to trans lives.

What started as a dream to create a welcoming space for everyone — no matter their age, background, or experience — has grown into a vibrant community where confidence is built, goals are achieved, and friendship are made.

We’re more than a studio. We’re a family that celebrates every step forward, on and off the dance floor.

MEET OUR

A Passion Turned Into Purpose

While earning her degree at Jackson State University, Tamisha discovered that dance and fitness were more than just physical activities—they were powerful tools for building confidence, improving well-being, and bringing people together.

Epic Dance & Fitness was born from a passion for movement and a belief that dance has the power to change lives.
